Student directory records

I am writing on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Recruiting Brigade regarding the Health Professions Scholarship Program. We are seeking to provide eligible students at the University of Oregon with information about scholarship opportunities that support future healthcare professionals.

Under FERPA (34 CFR § 99.37), schools may disclose designated "directory information" to third parties who have a legitimate interest in providing educational or financial opportunities to students. We would like to request a list of directory information for [current/upcoming] students enrolled in [specific majors, e.g., Pre-Med, Nursing, Biology].

Specifically, we request the following data fields for these students:

• Full Name
• Mailing Address 
• Institutional Email Address
• Major Field of Study
• Enrollment Status (e.g., Grade Level or Expected Graduation Year)
