Student directory records

As part of our Fall 2025 invitation cycle, we are requesting a FERPA-compliant student directory list to identify eligible students for academic invitations to join SCLA. This request falls under FERPA’s “legitimate educational interest” provision and is strictly for academic purposes. Student privacy will be fully respected, and there is no commercial use of this data. All outreach will be coordinated through the appropriate institutional department.
Eligibility criteria (for internal filtering only):
•    A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with at least six completed credit hours (please do not include GPA in the data provided), or
•    Inclusion on the Dean’s List or President’s List for Spring 2025 or the most recent academic term.
Requested data fields (Excel format preferred):
•    Full name
•    Email address(es)
•    Permanent mailing address
•    Classification
•    Field of study or major
