Student directory records

An existing, standard directory export for students enrolled in the Spring 2026 term at the University of Oregon, run as of the official Spring 2026 post–Drop/Add census date. One row per student. Population: All enrolled students (undergraduate and graduate). If a choice must be made, undergraduate is the primary focus.Minimum fields (designated directory information):  
• Student name (first, last; middle if available)  
• Institutional student email address  
• Academic program/plan — i.e., major(s) and, if present in your standard export, minor(s) or other plan-of-study fields  
• Classification/level (e.g., undergraduate/graduate; freshman/sophomore, etc., if included in the standard export)Additional fields (if present in your standard export):  
• College/school or department  
• Dates of attendance  
• Degree sought/awarded  
• Campus designation  Exclusions: Please exclude any student who has restricted directory information under FERPA.
