I am submitting this request to obtain public records from University of Oregon. Specifically, I request a spreadsheet of all school employees (administrators, faculty, staff, and professionals; not including student employees) that are active as of July 1, 2025, reflecting salaries effective for Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).Specifically, I am requesting for the following fields:First Name – Employee's first name.
Last Name – Employee's last name.
Fiscal Year – Year of the record (2026).
Employee Classification Category — Payroll fringe-rate label (e.g., FAC, PROF, CLAS).
Department – Academic or administrative unit (e.g., Biology, Human Resources).
Position/Rank – Official classification (e.g., Assistant Professor, Director).
Hiring Date – Original date the employee was hired by the institution or time (years) at institution Date Entered Current Position/Rank – Year or date the employee entered their current role Working Title – Commonly used job title (e.g., Assistant Director of Enrollment, Associate Professor of Economics, etc).
Annualized Based Salary – Full-year salary (e.g., $75,000), non-inclusive of calculated value of benefits package (if any).
Total Annualized Salary - Base Salary plus overtime, summer contracts, stipends, one-time incentives, and any cash compensation.
FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) – Workload percentage (e.g., 1.0 = full-time).
