• A completed version of the attached Excel template for all athletic department employees, which requests the employee name, title, compensation, and contract term, if applicable.
• The employment contract for your Athletic Director, including amendments, addenda, and compensation memoranda, as well as documents detailing bonus structures, contract extension, etc.
