Staff directory records

Under the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 et seq., I'd like to
request an electronic listing of all current Faculty and Staff
employees. I am not seeking any records regarding student employees.
In particular, I want to make sure that faculty salary data accurately
represents annual pay and is not affected by the decision to take a 9
vs. 12 month salary spread.Specifically, I'm seeking a spreadsheet, database, or delimited text
file(s) — not paper records or a PDF created from data — with the
following fields for each employee: Name, title, Department/Office,
race, gender, full-time/part-time status, hire date, and gross annual
salary. This is most likely something like a point-in-time export from
your Human Resources Information System (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft,
Banner). Under ORS 192.324(3), if the record is maintained in
machine-readable or electronic form, I am requesting it in that form.
I am not asking you to develop or acquire new software — only to use
available software and programs to retrieve available information. If
you are unable to produce any of these fields, please let me know!Race and gender matter to this project's analysis, which is why I've
asked for them above. That said, if your institution treats either as
private or confidential, please feel free to omit those two fields and
simply let me know — I completely understand, and it won't hold up the
rest of the request.In addition, please include any lookup tables that may be needed to
interpret the data. For example, if departments are listed with codes
linked to a separate table, I'll be happy to join the records myself,
rather than require your staff to do so.
