Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), request access to the following records related to RFP PCS# 430000-00243-RFP (Travel Management Services):
1.    The complete original RFP document, including all referenced sections [specifically Sections 8.4.10 and 9.7].
2.    All Addenda issued for this RFP, including but not limited to:
o    Addendum No. 1 (issued December 5, 2024)
o    Addendum No. 2 (issued December 16, 2024)
3.    One copy of each original Proposal submitted in response to this RFP.
I understand that Section 9.7 of the RFP states that proposals are confidential until a contract is executed or the procurement is canceled. I request these proposals be made available as soon as they are no longer exempt from disclosure.
4.    Records related to the award decision, including:
o    Evaluation committee notes and scoring sheets
o    Competitive Range Evaluation materials, including clarification requests, discussion records, and any presentation/demonstration documents
o    Any "Best and Final Offers" submitted by proposers
5.    A copy of the fully executed contract with the successful vendor, if awarded, or documentation showing cancellation of the procurement.
