Project CP24-160: Friendly Hall Deferred Maintenance Project

Including the following documents for each RFP: 

1. Electronic copies of all competitor submissions, including proposals and supporting documentation. 
2. Scoring sheets, or evaluation summaries used to assess the submissions.
