Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS Chapter 192, we are requesting copies of records associated with solicitation PCS#110400-01950-RFP, RFP for Confocal, Industrial Inspection, and 3D Optical Profilometry Microscopy Systems.Specifically, we request:Competing Proposals: Complete proposals submitted by all unsuccessful bidders, with technical specifications, equipment configurations, itemized pricing, discounts, commercial terms, and any revised or best and final offers.
Evaluation Documents: Individual evaluator score sheets, consolidated scoring summaries, bidder rankings, and technical assessments of unsuccessful bidders.
Bidder Clarifications: Written technical or commercial clarifications, pricing revisions, and negotiation correspondence exchanged with unsuccessful bidders during the procurement.
