RFP

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 through 192.478, I request electronic copies of the following records:
All contracts, agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, purchase orders, amendments, renewals, extensions, and addenda effective at any time from January 1, 2020 through the date of this request between the University of Oregon and any of the following:
1.    CounterFind;
2.    Corsearch, including any Corsearch affiliate or subsidiary; or
3.    Affinity Licensing.
This request includes agreements concerning trademark or online-marketplace monitoring, brand protection, infringement identification or reporting, enforcement, takedown requests, or licensing administration.
If the University has not contracted with any of the specifically named companies, please provide any existing record identifying the outside company or companies retained by the University during this period to perform these services, together with the operative contract, statement of work, and amendments governing those services.
