Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.411, 192.415, 192.418, 192.422, 192.427 and 192.431, I am requesting copies of records related to the evaluation and award of PCS# 110400-01950-RFP - RFP for Confocal, Industrial Inspection, and 3D Optical Profilometry Microscopy Systems Specifically, I am requesting: • Proposals: -All proposals submitted, including the final proposal from the winning bidder and all unsuccessful bidders. -Evaluation and Selection Documents -Score sheets, ranking summaries, and evaluation criteria used to assess proposals. -Justifications or selection memoranda explaining the final award decision. -Contract: Final awarded contract, including pricing terms.
