RFP

I respectfully request electronic copies of records related to your institution's agreement with Tassel (formerly MarchingOrder, AKA Development Cubed) for commencement management software.Specifically, I am requesting the following records:
1.    The current executed contract, master services agreement, or subscription agreement between your institution and Tassel (formerly MarchingOrder, AKA Development Cubed). If no current agreement is in force, please provide last active cycle's documents.
2.    Any amendments, renewals, extensions, or addenda associated with the agreement.
3.    Any pricing schedules, order forms, statements of work, itemized billing/quote or purchase documents incorporated into the agreement.
4.    Any implementation or professional services agreements executed as part of the purchase.
5.    If the current agreement was awarded through a competitive solicitation, please include:
o    The Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid (ITB), or other solicitation document.
o    The winning vendor response submitted by Tassel (formerly MarchingOrder).
o    The final evaluation or award recommendation, if available.
6.    If the agreement was obtained through a cooperative purchasing contract or sole-source procurement, please include the sole-source justification or cooperative purchasing documentation, if applicable.
