RFP

I submitted a response to the RFQ for Technical Consultant and Web Development Services (PCS# 222000-11627-RFQ), and just received notice that another vendor was selected. I would like to request all files included in winning vendor's response, as well as any notes or information recorded explaining why the response submitted by Lightning Kite was not selected.
