Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), I respectfully request access to records related to the Temporary Staffing Services awarded by the University of Oregon with the following details: 

• Contract Title: Temporary Staffing Services
• Contract Number: PCS# 440000-00420-O

Specifically, I am seeking the following information: 

• Yearly expenditure breakdown by each department/facility/Division/any other entity who have utilized this contract for each awarded vendor. 
• A list of all positions that have been fulfilled by each awarded vendor under this contract.
• Rate cards/Cost Proposal of each 
• Awarded vendor 
• Purchase orders issued to awarded vendors in FY 25. 

For each filled position ,please include: 

1. Name of each candidate hired/staffed under this contract with their position title 
2. Department/ facility/ division where they have been hired/ staffed 
3. Name of the vendor that provided the staff 
4. Total Invoiced amount on each position 
5. Start and end date (if any) of the position 
6. Bill rate associated with each position (hourly)
