Under Oregon public records law (ORS 192.314), I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that are related to the Casanova Extension aka Football Practice Facility. Specifically, all bid documents relating to Hydro-Temp Mechanical, INC's involvement with the project, including, but not limited to invitations to bid, bid instructions, pre-bid meetings, construction documents listing scope, and bid award documents.
