Under Oregon’s Public Records Law, please provide all procurement and contract records for the Lyllye Reynolds-Parker Black Cultural Center project (University of Oregon), Jan 1, 2019 to present, including: RFQ/RFP and evaluation materials, shortlist/BAFO/interviews, any financial statements submitted by Andersen during qualification/proposal, executed contracts (precon/CM/GC or GC), GMPs and pricing exhibits, buyout/bid tabs, sub lists, bonds/insurance, change orders/PCO/contingency-allowance/VE logs, pay apps with SOVs, compliance reports, schedules, and closeout.
