I’m reaching out on behalf of Huron to make a Public Records/FOIA request for FP # PCS#500100-00889, Fundraising Campaign Consulting Services. This is request is being made pursuant to Applicable Open Records Act (the “Open Records Law”).Specifically, Huron requests copies of the proposal documents that University of Oregon received from all vendors and all evaluation documentation (including but not limited to scorecards, evaluator comments and final decision justification) to better understand the nature of the proposal and the University of Oregon needs.
