I am requesting electronic records related to HVAC and mechanical maintenance for the University of Oregon for the time period 01/01/2023 through 12/31/2024.
Specifically, I request:
1.    A CMMS export (or equivalent work order report/export) for all HVAC/mechanical work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) activities during the requested timeframe.
2.    If available, an equipment / asset inventory list for HVAC/mechanical equipment (e.g., air handlers, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, CRAC units, VAVs, fans, motors), including asset identifiers and location fields if tracked.
For the work order/PM export, please include fields where available such as: work order ID, open/close dates, status, work type (PM vs corrective), asset ID or equipment name, location, short description, long description/notes, and any available labor hours, vendor/contractor fields, parts/materials, and cost totals.
Preferred format is CSV or Excel (XLSX). If the request is too broad, a standard CMMS export/report limited to HVAC-related work orders and PM activities for calendar year 2024 only is acceptable as a partial fulfillment.
