I am seeking records of charges for Student Code of Conduct violations for use of unauthorized amplified sound.

• Type of resolution: informal or formal
• Disciplinary action(s) taken, if any
• Content of alleged violation, i.e.:
• Written notice of allegation provided to respondent, including:
o A brief description of the alleged misconduct;
o The alleged violations of the Code;
o The name and contact information for the assigned case manager;
o Whether the Respondent may be subject to suspension, expulsion, or negative transcript notation;
o A direct link to the Student Conduct Code and these procedures; and
o The date, time, and location (or access information) for the informational meeting.
• Content of procedure, i.e.:
• any interim actions taken, including but not limited to:
o interim suspension from the university
o removal from University-owned housing facilities
• any no contact directives issued
• any informal resolution, including but not limited to:
o discussion
o mentoring and coaching
o conflict mediation
o other non-disciplinary intervention
• Decision Letter, including:
o Whether the Respondent has been found in violation
o The action plan as determined by the case manager, if applicable
o Information about the appeals process.
• Whether the decision was appealed and the outcome of that appeal
