Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Act, ORS 192.314 et. seq., I’m respectfully requesting copies of the following agency records: All emails between the University of Oregon Administration and Eugene Police Department or the University of Oregon Police Department that address policies of the University of Oregon related to the issue of date rape drugs within fraternities and sororities between the dates of 8/1/2023 and 8/1/2024.
