This is an open records request pursuant the State of Oregon open records law. I am requesting a copy of the following records: 

3) A copy of all plays in the possession, custody, and/or control of any and all employees and/or agents of the University of Oregon which are designated as fake punt plays or fake field goal plays. For purposes of this request “fake punt plays” and “fake field goal plays” should be broadly construed to include any and all plays which are designed to gain offensive yards while any player typically utilized as a kicker or punter is on the field of play.
