I would like to request existing records from September 2024 through October 2026 concerning approved international student health insurance waivers at the University of Oregon.
Specifically, I am seeking:
1. Records identifying the insurance companies and specific plan names associated with approved waivers for alternative, non-UO insurance, excluding the UO Student Health Benefits Plan and GTFF insurance. Existing approval logs, spreadsheets, reports, or database exports would be helpful.
2. Any written internal guidelines or criteria used to determine whether an alternative insurance plan meets the university's federal accreditation or Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) requirements.
