This is an open records request pursuant the State of Oregon open records law. I am requesting a copy of the following records: 

2) A copy of the entire offensive playbook of the University of Oregon football team in the possession, custody, and/or control of any and all employees and/or agents of the University of Oregon which was utilized in the football game against Penn State on December 7, 2024. This request should be interpreted to include the entirety of plays within the playbook regardless of whether such plays were actually utilized in the game.
