Under the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), I am requesting electronic copies of the following three records, all referenced in the September 28 and 29, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting packet (the Enrollment Management Outlook presentation by Student Services and Enrollment Management).1. The full companion report to the Fall 2026 Admitted Student Survey, which page 33 of the packet summarizes and describes as containing "full detail." Please include the survey questionnaire and the response-rate information (the number of students surveyed, the number of respondents, and the breakdown by resident and nonresident admits). The survey is credited on that page to SSEM Research and Assessment.2. The "Fall 2026 Enrollment Memo" from SSEM and Academic Affairs, cited as the source on pages 32 and 34 of the packet.3. The "List of Market Differentiators" cited alongside the memo on page 34, whether it is a separate document or an attachment to the memo.
