Records

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), I am requesting the following documentation from either your school’s athletics department or any third-party firm involved in stadium operations.  Any spreadsheet or other documentation that shows the total number of tickets scanned by entry systems at home football games, including physical ticket scans, mobile phone bar or QR code scans, RFID entry logs, or any other system utilized by your school. If there are different designations for student tickets, season ticket holders and gifted or other types of tickets, please distinguish the records if possible. July 2026 - Date Request is Fulfilled?
