Records

This document constitutes a formal request for public records pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.314).

The undersigned respectfully requests the prompt inspection and production of the following public records concerning current University of Oregon employee 

1. The official date of hire and commencement of employment at the University of Oregon.
2. His official job title, department assignment, and active university email registration date.
3. Any public personnel directory records documenting his transition from private law practice to public university employment.
