I request access to and copies of all Institutional Review Board (IRB) records relating to research proposals, protocols, amendments, determinations, approvals, denials, continuing reviews, correspondence, and related materials that reference, involve, or mention "Replika" or Luka, Inc., as well as any institutional agreements with Luka, Inc., including but not limited to:
All IRB applications and submitted research protocols that reference or involve the use of Replika in any capacity.
All amendments, modifications, renewals, or continuing review documents associated with such proposals.
All IRB determinations, approval letters, exemption determinations, denials, or stipulations related to these proposals.
All communications between IRB staff, board members, researchers, or administrators that reference Replika or Luka, Inc. in connection with human subjects research.
Any data use agreements, memoranda of understanding, or contracts referencing Replika or Luka, Inc. in the context of IRB-reviewed research.
The relevant time period is from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2026.
