Pursuant to open records law, I am requesting copies of the following specific administrative records, concerning or involving the individual(s) holding the position of Head Coach of the Cross Country and Track program between Jan 1, 2015 and Dec 31, 2019, as well as any individuals serving in an Interim or Acting Head Coach capacity during this same period.  I am requesting copies of these records in an electronic format on a rolling basis as they are cleared for release:Specifically, I request:1. FORMAL COMPLAINTS & REPORTS: Any formal written complaints, whistleblower reports, or intake reports filed with the Athletic Compliance Office, the Human Resources Department, the Office of Student Conduct, or the Title IX / Equal Opportunity Compliance (EOC) Office.2. NOTICES OF INVESTIGATION: Any formal Notices of Investigation issued by the university regarding the XC/Track program3. FINAL REPORTS & FINDINGS: Any Final Investigative Reports, Final Outcome Letters, Letters of Finding, or Written Notices of Disciplinary Action/Sanctions issued at the conclusion of any Title IX, EOC, HR, Hazing, or Financial Misconduct investigation involving the XC/Track program.4. OUTSIDE COUNSEL AGREEMENTS: Any engagement letters, retention agreements, or contracts executed between the University (or its Board of Trustees/Regents) and any outside law firm, independent investigator, or consulting firm retained to investigate allegations regarding the XC/Track Program.
