Pursuant to Oregon Public Records Law, I am writing to request access to and copies of records maintained by the University of Oregon regarding my previous candidacy for employment.
To assist your office and the custodial departments in efficiently locating these files within the relevant systems and departmental archives, I have provided the specific search parameters below:
