My firm represents Serenity Lane in Coburg in a lawsuit filed by a former resident who claims to have been injured after the seat from a stationary exercise bicycle “fell” off. The facility no longer has that bike, but it was not repaired or taken out of service following this incident. Eventually it was simply replaced. Per their records, the bike, along with some other equipment, was donated by U of O in 2018. The only information we have is that it was likely a Marcy upright stationary bike. It may be a long shot, but we are hoping you might have records that indicate at least the make and model.
