This message serves as both a formal request for my complete personnel file and a public records request under Oregon Public Records Law.I am requesting a complete copy of my personnel file from my time with University Housing, including but not limited to hiring materials from before and during my onboarding in 2021, performance evaluations, disciplinary records, e-mail or Microsoft Teams discussions of my performance as a Community Director, complaints, and any materials used to make decisions regarding my employment.In addition, I am requesting all records, communications, and materials related to me, Jamie Emma Joy, formerly Jamie Emma Luby, during my time of employment at the University of Oregon. This includes, but is not limited to:- Emails and correspondence referencing or relating to me
- Microsoft Teams messages (1:1, group, and channel communications)
- Communications between supervisors, managers, HR personnel, and leadership regarding my performance, conduct, or employment status
- Supervisory notes, including 1:1 meeting notes or informal documentation
- Any records used to evaluate, discipline, or make decisions about my employment
- Any complaints, reports, or third-party communications referencing me
- Any discussions regarding my formal medical leave during 2025.
- Any discussions, emails, or messages regarding my departure from UOPlease ensure that all systems where such records may exist are searched, including email archives, messaging platforms, shared drives, and any devices used for university business.Please also ensure that all responsive records be searched across all locations where such data may be retained, including archived and compliance systems.
This includes, but is not limited to:- Microsoft Teams messages retained through Microsoft 365 compliance and any other archival systems used by the University of Oregon
- Email archives and backups
- Any other systems used for data retention or record preservation beyond standard user-facing platforms
- Please do not limit the search to active or currently accessible messages only.
