I am requesting records showing the edit history for the University of Oregon webpage(s) describing the Formal Employee Process, for the period December 23, 2024 to present.

Specifically, I am requesting records showing:
- the date and time of each change,
- what content was changed, including any additions, removals, or revisions related to appeal or appellate rights, including any changes affecting the scope of investigations,
- who made the change (user, editor, or office),
- any records reflecting who directed or approved the change.
- and any stated purpose or justification for the change, as reflected in the records.
This includes CMS revision history, page edit logs, or equivalent records maintained in the ordinary course of business.
