All records relating to the participation, coordination, research, promotion, or other activity by the University or its current or former faculty related to or referencing any actual or potential litigation regarding climate change, including (without limitation) by the University of Oregon Law School, the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Center, or the Environmental Law Clinic, from January 1, 2020 to present.
