Any signed agreements the university reached to resolve a Title VI case publicly announced by the US Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights in March 2025 or "allegedly engaging in race-exclusionary practices in their graduate programs include." Copies of agreements with other universities indicate the pacts have required universities to examine all their external partnerships that limit participation based on race and report to the US Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights within 30-60 days whether they plan to end those relationships.
