This letter constitutes a request under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq. I request copies of records related to air travel arrangements made by University of Oregon Athletics Department for students and staff, including athletic teams (“air travel services”), with the following companies: Anthony Travel, Short’s Travel Management, Avelo Airlines, Eastern Air Express, Omni Air International, and Global Crossing Airlines, and any other pertinent company not listed. Records requested include, but are not limited to:1. Any communications with pertinent entities related to air travel services from January 1, 2024 to the date of this request. Records of communications include, but are not limited to, emails, memoranda, letters, meeting notes, presentations, agendas, reports, analyses, and any marketing literature provided.2. Any contracts, legally binding documents, and, or agreements for air travel services.3. Any invoices, proof of payment, purchase orders, receipts, and, or other transaction records for air travel services from January 1, 2024 to the date of this request.4. Dates and times for any currently scheduled meetings addressing or pertaining to the University of Oregon Athletics Department’s air travel services.  Including, but not limited to, meetings with the vendor, meetings between University of Oregon Athletics Department officials, and notes, minutes, or other meeting materials produced addressing or pertaining to University of Oregon Athletics Department arranged air travel.5. Athletics flight schedules from January 1, 2024, to as far into the future as scheduled from the date of this request. Teams, including, but not limited to, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s football, men’s hockey, men’s baseball, women’s softball, men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, and women’s volleyball.6. Copies of any ethical or responsibility policies the University of Oregon requires of its vendors that arrange and provide air travel services.7. If the University of Oregon issued a Request for Proposal for air travel services, then please provide a copy of that Request for Proposal, as well as copies of the bids submitted.
