I am also requesting copies of any records or correspondence related to:•    The Oregon Law Review controversy regarding the rejection of a submission on the basis of the author’s employment at an Israeli university; and
•    Any investigation or review conducted by the university into that matter.
This request includes, but is not limited to: 
•    documents created by Nicole Commissiong, AVP/Chief Civil Rights Officer and Title IX Coordinator, or any staff reporting to her.
