•    anti-Jewish discrimination 
•    anti-Israel or anti-Zionist bias,
•    harassment based on Jewish identity, or
•    discrimination based on perceived connection to Israelwhere the respondent is a University of Oregon student, faculty member, staff member, instructor, or academic department
