1.    Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478), I respectfully request the following records from University of Oregon:
a.    Any and all documents or records from the last three (3) years relating to information security risk assessments, reviews, or reports conducted for the University of Oregon’s WeBWorK server.
b.    Any and all documents or records from the last three (3) years related to the University of Oregon’s verification that encryption at rest is implemented for data stored on the University of Oregon’s WeBWorK server and associated backups.
