Pursuant to your state’s Freedom of Information Act or Open Records Act, I request:1.    A document from the Big Ten Conference and available to your university of the prospectus, or executive summary, or other brief information regarding the proposed investment by UC Investments (also called UCI, or more generally referred to as the University of California Pension System) in Big Ten Enterprises. 
2.    A document from the Big Ten Conference and available to your university explaining or describing Big Ten Enterprises. 
3.    A copy from UC Investments (also called UCI) and available to your university of its prospectus, or executive summary, or other brief information regarding Big Ten Enterprises.
4.    General information from a university employee to your university’s governing body (or any of its committees or officers) regarding the proposed investment by UC Investments in Big Ten Enterprises. 
5.    The dates and times that your university engaged in a Big Ten Conference meeting to review the proposal relating to Big Ten Enterprises.
6.    The names and titles of any person who attended the Big Ten Conference meeting on or about October 16, 2025. 
7.    Information as to whether your university has utilized an external financial organization to review the investment proposal relating to Big Ten Enterprises. This request only seeks a yes or no answer.
