Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), I am requesting the following documents from your university:The most recent version of a document prepared or possessed by your university’s risk management, compliance, athletics, or other departments that details your school’s policy for air charter booking and reservations and which lists out all acceptable providers (both individuals and businesses) and available aircraft that university personnel can use.
