I am seeking information on the following pursuant to ORS 192.329:
1.    A copy of the adopted processes and procedures established by the University of Oregon Financial Aid and Scholarships Department for communicating with students about aid awards effective from 2020 to the present.  For avoidance of doubt, this request is looking for the written policy effective upon the University of Oregon Financial Aid and Scholarships Department including, but not limited to, how communication with a student is initiated, how follow-ups are initiated, the number and type of follow-up that is made (ie. email, DuckWeb, written, etc), how a student is notified if its financial aid is in jeopardy of being forfeited or revoked, and if, when, and how the parent is notified if the parent has been granted access by the student.
