Grade distribution

I am requesting grade distribution information for all classes at the University of Oregon spanning from Fall 2015 to present (up to Fall 2025, the most recently completed term) under the Freedom of Information Act.
For each class please include:

- Year of the class (e.g. 2022)

- Term (e.g. Fall)

- Course code and course number (e.g. "CS101").

- Class name/title (e.g. “Computer Algorithms”)

- Professor/instructor name (e.g. John Smith)

- Grade distribution, including the count of each letter grade (A+,A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D, F, P, NP, W, I). Alternatively, raw anonymized grade data with one row for each individual grade received by a student is acceptable if this is easier to provide.
