The Data Branch Research Team is hereby submitting a public records request for information regarding vendor procurements. Specifically, we request records relating to the following vendors in the last 4 years: Handshake, VMock, Symplicity, Graduway, and PeopleGrove.Scope of Request:
We are seeking all purchase orders issued by any and all departments, divisions, or teams under your city/town/municipality, including (but not limited to) general administration, public works, parks and recreation, public safety, finance, IT, and education (if applicable).
If a centralized report is not available, we are happy to accept:
•    Department-level or segmented purchasing data
•    Any readily available reports,
•    Or records grouped by department, if that is how they are stored.
Scope of Request:
We are seeking records that include, but are not limited to:
•    Copies of any contracts, agreements, or amendments entered into with these vendors.
•    Contract details, such as effective dates, termination/renewal provisions, and total contract value.
•    If competitively solicited, the full RFP/RFQ package, including any evaluation criteria or scoring matrix.
•    Copies of the vendor’s proposal or submission, along with submissions from other bidders if applicable.
•    Purchase orders, invoices, or other financial documents tied to these contracts.If a centralized report or file set is not available, we are happy to accept:

•    Or records grouped by vendor or by procurement process, if that is how they are stored.
