Financial Records

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), I am requesting the following documents from your school’s athletics department.  A list of invoices sent to or receipts for payment the school’s athletics department has received from Division Street.A list of invoices or receipts for payments made between the Duck Athletic Fund and Division Street, copies of which may be in possession of the school’s athletics department.If these statements include itemized lists, I request the itemized lists as well. If that requires an onerous amount of work, the statements are fine.However, I would request that you let me know whether itemized lists exist alongside said statements and are potentially subject to disclosure, such that I can request them in a more narrow fashion in the future.I am requesting records from 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024.
