Financial records

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), I am requesting the following documents from your school’s athletics department.  A list of cash advances given to or made for the benefit of the school’s head football coach from either the athletics department, Duck Athletic Fund, Division Street, and/or the athletics association that manages and works with said funds. A list of reimbursements given to or made for the benefit of the school’s head coach by Duck Athletic Fund, Division Street, and/or the athletics association that manages said funds. Please note, I am not requesting expenses filed directly to the university and repaid by the university. However, if those expenses are filed to the university but paid by any of the above-listed entities, I am requesting those. A list of disbursements unrelated to reimbursements made from the Duck Athletic Fund, Division Street, and/or the athletics association that manages and works with the aforementioned funds to any athletics department spending accounts in the coach’s name or control. A list of any potential accounts or spending cards provided by either Duck Athletic Fund, Division Street, and/or the school’s athletics association that the head coach has access to. A list of any prepaid debit cards given to the school’s head coach or made for his benefit by Duck Athletic Fund, Division Street, and/or the athletics association that manages said funds. I am requesting these records from 9/1/2024 to 1/31/2025.
