This is a formal letter of request for copies of all Certified payroll submitted for Chosen Wood Window Maintenance on the Heritage hall renovation- Villard and University Hall. the Project is located at 216 Villard st. the General Contractor for the project is Fortis Construction.

 This request is made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, Title 5 U.S.C. (a) (G) (A), and ORS 192.410 et seq. which provide that information be made available to the public.
