I am requesting access to and a copy of the General Ledger and Chart of Accounts for the Athletics Department for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Specifically, I am seeking:
1.    A detailed financial record of all revenues, expenditures, and transfers within the department, including transaction descriptions, dates, and amounts as reported in the general ledger.
2.    The Chart of Accounts which indexes all the accounts used in the general ledger. 
3.    The data in an electronic format, preferably in Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv), if available, to facilitate analysis.
