In accordance with Oregon Public Records Laws, I am requesting records related to Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) spending by the University of Oregon for the Oregon Ducks football team. Specifically, I am requesting:1.    Records of payments or financial allocations made directly by the University of Oregon or university affiliated athletic programs to NIL agreements involving football players.
2.    Contracts, agreements, or partnerships related to NIL activities that have involved the Oregon Ducks football team.
3.    Records detailing the total amount spent or allocated by the university of or related entities toward NIL efforts for football players since the University's entry to the Big Ten Conference, on August 2, 2024.
