Financial records

I'm requesting copies of the following public records:1. All current contracts or agreements — including any amendments,
exhibits, and fee schedules — between University of Oregon and Off
Campus Partners, LLC, or its parent company CoStar Group, Inc.
(including CoStar Realty Information, Inc. and Apartments.com),
relating to the University's off-campus housing website. I'm referring
to the site at https://offcampushousing.uoregon.edu/2. Records of payments between the vendor and the University for the
last two completed fiscal years, in both directions — payments the
vendor made to the University, and payments the University made to the
vendor.
