Pursuant to Oregon Public Records Law, I request copies of the following records:1. Charter air travel contracts
All fully executed contracts, agreements, purchase orders, or task orders between University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletics and any air charter carrier or air charter broker, covering football and/or men's and women's basketball team travel, in effect at any point during fiscal years 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.For each record, please include:- Vendor/company name
- Contract effective date and term/expiration date
- Total contract value or per-flight pricing terms, if stated in the contract2. Solicitation records
Any Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or invitation to bid issued by University of Oregon for charter air travel services for athletics team travel during the same date range, and the final vendor award/selection memo, if one exists.3. Sponsorship or "official airline" agreements
Any active sponsorship, marketing, or partnership agreement between University of Oregon Athletics and any airline company, including but not limited to agreements designating an "official airline" of the athletics program.Format and delivery instructions
